WE OFFER SOLUTIONS

RIG INSPECTION

Ensuring that your rig equipment and systems are operable, well maintained and comply with applicable standards and regulations is key to achieving cost efficient, reliable and safe operations. Integrated Engineering Solutions highly experienced and multi-skilled personnel help you achieve this through high-quality rig surveys and inspections, which can be tailored to suit your individual project needs.

Whether you're planning a periodic rig inspection, a pre-modification inspection, a specific equipment check, or a full rig reactivation, we've got you covered. We have not only extensive engineering capabilities, we have the necessary experience, human resources, knowledge and processes to perform quality work.

Our rig surveys and inspections, for both offshore and onshore rigs, provide you with an overview of the condition of the rig equipment and systems.

We help you prevent delays before mobilising rigs, reduce non-productive (NPT) and diminish interruptions in the drilling schedule that could arise due to unforeseen issues such as malfunctions. We ensure that your equipment is up to applicable standards. We know that each rig is an individual operation and each inspection we conduct is different, therefore our work-scopes and reports are carefully tailored to meet the requirements of each job.

By engaging our rig commissioning service you will ensure not only that the equipment is in safe and reliable operating condition but that every component functions as it was designed to and meets requirements for the intended drilling programme.
